Delivery
Delivery is subject to stock availability and credit card authorisation and a signature may be required on receipt. We will only charge one lot of postage per order - however many parcels it involves.
Delivery Costs
Standard delivery: $20
Free delivery on all US orders over $100 (Not available during sale periods)
You should allow between 5-10 working days for delivery from placing the order. The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.
Returns Policy
If, for any reason, you would like to return your Kettlewell order, you can send it back to us in its original condition with proof of purchase within 28 days for a full refund.
Please remove all make up, deodorants and body lotions before trying on garments. We are unable to accept returned items which are not in a re-saleable condition.

Fair use
As an online business, we expect a certain percentage of orders to be returned. If we notice a pattern of returns that is out of the ordinary eg a customer is placing a large number of orders over a period of time and then returning everything or almost everything, we reserve the right to deactivate the associated account.
Sale Returns Policy
During our sale period you can still have a refund as long as the item is returned to us within 14 days of receipt, this is enables us to resell the sale items.
How do I return my order?
1. Complete the returns form in your parcel and enclose it with your item(s) within 28 days of receipt. Please use the reason codes on the form to let us know why you are returning your item. During sale periods items purchased at discount must be returned within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund.
2. Please visit our returns portal at https://kettlewellcolours.intelligentreturns.net to obtain a returns label. Log in using the email address you used when placing your order and your order number.
3. Print your label and attach to the parcel (not forgetting to include your returns form in the parcel)
Faulty goods
In the rare and unfortunate event of your Kettlewell product being faulty, please accept our apologies, and contact Customer Services on [email protected]. Please note we do not except faulty items back after 6 months from date of purchase.
Changing or cancelling your order
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. Once you have confirmed your order we are unable to amend it. If you wish to cancel your order please email [email protected] (If your order has been processed in our warehouse or been dispatched we will be unable to process a refund until we receive the parcel back)

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Paying
We accept online payment in a secure environment with Visa and Mastercard credit cards.You can also pay using PayPal.
The Kettlewell online store uses the very latest encryption technology (SSL) to ensure that your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel across the Internet. When you proceed to make your purchase, your browser makes a connection to the secure section of our website. Your browser will show a padlock in the bottom right corner to indicate that it has made a secure connection and depending on your browser a window may pop-up to notify you that you are entering this safe area.
Once you have confirmed your order, payment will ONLY be taken from your bank account once your purchased items have been dispatched. This applies for pre-ordered purchases too.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to PayPal's change in their pre-authorization process, we will now have to charge for orders paid for with PayPal at the point of ordering.
To protect cardholders, your bank may request that you are screened using 3D Secure (MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa) and by an independent fraud prevention service. We may contact you for additional security purposes should we deem this necessary.
PayPal Refunds
If you paid through PayPal but used your debit or credit card, your refund will go back into that card's account, this usually takes between 3-5 working days, but can take anywhere up to 30 days.
If you paid using your bank account, or PayPal balance, your refund will come back to your PayPal balance.
Please make sure your PayPal details are kept up to date to avoid any issues.

The prices displayed on this website are quoted in U.S. currency and are valid only in the United States. Prices are subject to change at any time.
Please be aware that state sales tax may be added where appropriate.
If you are ordering from outside the UK or European Union, your order will be supplied VAT free and a copy of your ex VAT receipt will be dispatched with your goods.
Product Portrayal
While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependent on the calibration and settings of individual screens.
Prices
Prices are as set out on the website. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mis-priced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
Offer Codes
Please remember that if you have an offer code to redeem you will need to do it on the basket page before you place your order.

We intend to publish all reviews, whether good or bad, but we reserve the right not to publish any review. Even the best spellers can make mistakes, and so we may, at our discretion, edit reviews in order to correct typographical mistakes.
