I have been wearing the silky roll necks for several years now. Such a great layering piece. I am so happy that the necks have been so much better with this production. The ones I purchased last year all bagged on me, but this year they have been great! I ordered the emerald turquoise which is a little lighter than other items I have in this color, but still very pretty.

I’m so enjoying wearing SRN is Spring colours! Before finding KW and I would buy ivory which wld wash out to white in 2 washes which were just a waste! Consequently I have bought flamingo pink, light chocolate, cream and peach echo and I love them all! Thanks KW!

It is soft, it is silky- but the neck is too tight. I ordered a size bigger so the top is not too clingy but the neck is still too tight, and I know that I won‘t wear it. It‘s a real shame because I need something to layer but I will return it.

Usually take 10 in all clothes but after reading reviews decided to go up a size to 12. Fitted as in picture shown of model wearing top except there was spare fabric below the roll neck. Lovely colour (apple mint), good length and silky nature of fabric meant didn’t stick when tried under other clothes. The neck was not tight, but the fabric was too thin for a paler colour - would be fine for black or other darker colours - and didn't like the feel of the fabric. Hopefully Kettlewell will start offering this style of top made in silk and cotton as well as this fabric.

Neck was long but very tight. Fabric showed outline of a t shirt bra, so top could only be an under-layer - for which it would be very expensive and much of the colour would be hidden.

This is my second silky roll neck and I love it as it looks good and is so versatile. I am a size 10 and I wear a medium, which skims my figure rather than being loose. The pine colour is lovely. You do need to be careful with the material though as I found a brooch can pull threads. I wish Kettlewell would let you choose two seasons to display the colour options for a garment. I was an autumn but since I stopped dyeing my hair, I find colours which are suitable for both autumn and winter are best for me.

I own a lot of silky roll necks. I'm tall and find their length superb. They wash well and look great. I wear them pretty much nine months of the year. The light chocolate colour is a wow for this paintbox spring but so, so difficult to find. Please, please, please do it in the silky crew neck and hetta. I like it so much I'm thinking of getting a spare just in case something awful befalls this one!
