I would call this a long sleeved shell. This is plenty dressy enough to go under a blazer, beautiful fabrication. It clings just enough to not be in the way underneath something, but can also be worn on its own. Lovely top and not too long either. I am a winter and have cobalt blue, iced lavender and caved for the persimmon. I love orange and wanted to have the best color orange for a winter.. I prefer this color and it is close to the orange items I have enjoyed wearing for years. I need a LL for sure in this top. A large would definitely be too clingy.

I love my Silky Crew Neck Top. I chose the Wine Blush its such a lovely colour goes great with black or grey. Really good quality and beautifully made. I have several of these tops they wash really good and last forever. Good for layering in cold weather They are a little on the expensive side but well worth it in the long run.

I live the silky scoops they are great for layering with jumpers in winter or for cooler days in summer they are super soft I bought this one as a gift for a friend who loves it !!

I'm having a refresh and slimming down of my wardrobe, going for a few carefully chosen pieces that are more versatile. Kettlewell Colours clothing has, in the past, always worn and washed well, and so I turned to them for my central garments. This silky long-sleeved crew neck top will be a useful base layer under knitted vests/ponchos/other tops during cooler months. It's very silky (as its name suggests) and quite snug, so ideal as a base layer. I doubt I'll wear it without a top layer as it is too clingy for my menopausal body. I'm between a "small" and a "medium" in Kettlewell so was surprised by how clingy this is given I ordered a M. I'm happy to keep it as Kettlewell's clothes do usually last, though I 'd have expected a better fabric for the price so won't be ordering another.

This is my first silky top and I’m very pleased with it. I’d not tried one before as I thought it would be clingy, but I couldn’t resist the lovely cobalt blue colour. Having worn it, I love it. May well try some of the other spring colours.

As if I needed any more of my favourite Silky Crew Neck tops … but a review saying that this brighter shade (similar to Cassis I feel), had a ‘glow, hooked me. I do like it! A warm bright shade for winter and beyond. I’m pleased to have bought two Damson tops, and may yet buy another for summer wear.

I prefer the silky crew neck now that I'm getting older, covering up is more important once you get into your 70's. Also I love the colours that are available, these silkies are a bit more dressy than the Hettas. Have just bought one in Sea Green absolutely lovely.

Lovely stretch top in a soft colour perfect for Summers. I find these tops to be very stretchy so always downsize. I am normally a 10/12 and the XS is a perfect fit.

One of my first purchases from Kettlewell and I'm very pleased with the quality and fabric. I'm a standard 12 normally so ordered the medium. This is quite a close fit on me but fine as a base layer or under my blazers/jackets. I'd order large for a looser fit. Lovely colour. I can see myself ordering more of these!
