Delivery
Delivery is subject to stock availability and credit card authorisation and a signature may be required on receipt. We will only charge one lot of postage per order - however many parcels it involves.
US Delivery Costs
US standard delivery RM/USPS (Royal Mail Tracked) (7 - 14 days approx.): $25
Orders over $150 using RM/USPS (Royal Mail Tracked) (7 - 14 days approx.): FREE
DHL Express delivery (2 - 5 days): $50
Orders over $800 : $500
The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. This may take longer during Sale periods or for transit reasons out of our control e.g. delays at US Customs.
Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order.
If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.
Local/State Taxes
All local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated and collected at the checkout.
Duties/VAT/Import Taxes
If you select DHL Express Delivery your order will be Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Please contact us if you incur any duties on your order and you selected DHL Shipping.
As of the 5th April 2025, any shipment valued above the US$800 de minimis threshold is now subject to formal entry clearance and will require the following:
- Ultimate consignee Tax ID (Social Security Number) of the importer (you)
As of the 17th April 2025 DHL have advised us that due to significant backlogs at US customs, they are unable to ship any orders over $800.00 to the US.
This does not impact any orders under $800.00

USA DELIVERY FAQ'S
Can I make any changes to my order after it's been placed?
Once you have confirmed your order, we are unable to amend it. If you wish to cancel your order, please email [email protected] (If your order has been processed in our warehouse or been dispatched, we will be unable to process a refund until we receive the parcel back.)
How do I cancel my order?

Where is my order?
You can follow the journey of your order following dispatch using the tracking number provided in your dispatch email.
I've included the wrong information on my order, can I change this?
Order's cannot be amended by customers. Our customer service team can upgrade your delivery and alter the delivery address if the order hasn't already been dispatched. For any other changes, please cancel your order prior to dispatch and place a new order with the information you need to alter.
What if I am out when my goods are delivered?
USPS or the selected courier will leave a “while you were out” note through your letter box. You will then be able to contact them to arrange collection or redelivery of your parcel.
Why can I only select DHL shipping for my order?
Orders over $800 can only be shipped via DHL so that we can ship them Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This should mean your parcel gets to your without any duties due.
