I have bought these shirts for years now-they are THE most comfortable, flattering - & chic shirts-with their beautiful pure cotton collars & cuffs sitting upon a superb stretch body— The Cassis colour is glorious— I love it SO much I have purchased two- In this colour alone & in case you are wondering — IT is the exact colour of the fruit concoction - but a great deal more wearable !

My sixth cotton rib shirt - need I say more? Added the newly released cassis version to my wardrobe, and like the other colours, I am sure it will be frequently worn.

Simply love this shirt & intend to buy more. it fits well & looks smart without being over 'dressy'. I especially like that the collar stands proud which gives an elegant finish to an outfit.

I am really disappointed with this year's version of the cotton rib shirt. I bought one last year which is a perfect fit. This new one is two inches longer in the body and a cuff length longer in the sleeve and just looks too big on me. I don't understand why Kettlewell has decided to tweak the sizing when this shirt consistently had five star reviews for last year's version and no-one complained about the length. Despite the colour being beautiful, sadly I will be returning it.

I wear them all the time. I have 3 of them, 2 from previous season. They don’t need ironing! Not even the collar. An important comment on sleeves: they are extremely short. Last year ones they were a proper 3/4 on me and this year slightly longer but still very short. Although it was obviously not meant to be like that I like them because it is summer and the 3/4 sleeves make the shirts feel fresher.

Perfect garment goes under waistcoats and pinafores and great on its own. More colours please !

I normally have trouble with shirts as I have a large bust so worry that they gape in that area, but not so with this style. I may invest in another one someday.

Such a comfortable and stylish shirt! Easy to wear with the stretch from the rib, nice little collar to pop up for that bit of edge, sleeves can be turned back and stay put. Love it as a neat overshirt with a vest top for summer. Have also purchased in cream as a summer-wear neutral. Looking ahead I think it will enhance a silky roll neck in winter, worn open over jeans. Bought my usual size M and it fits perfectly.

I am wearing it as I write. Very comfortable with give. Saturated colour that does not fade.
