When style and season clash - for Winters
As a Winter, you'll be well aware that classic chic comes very naturally to you. Likewise, edgy cool combinations. But trying to do something a little more neutral and tonal can be a little trickier, as can embracing a more playful look.
Panic not, however. It is possible to make any style you choose with any palette; it's simply that some looks take a little more thought and effort.
So let's take a look at how those alternative looks might work for a Winter...
Sticking to the natural and neutral end of your Winter palette is an easy way to embrace a more easy going nature inspired look without losing the colours that look so great against your skin tone. If you want to add a pop of bright to lift things without losing the tonal look, add a little lipstick or swap the necklace for a brighter one.
Add some fun to your palette by going for high contrast between two bright colours in your palette (you have plenty of choice!) and minimising the neutrals that are so tempting to fall back on as a Winter - keep them just for accessorising rather than basing your outfit around them.
Remember, whatever look you want to achieve, it can be done with your personal palette if you're prepared to experiment a little - you don't need to compromise making your skin glow and your eyes brighten to get the style you want. Try out some new colour combinations or go for a neutral in your season that you don't normally wear.
